The format of nudges is great! Easy to understand and easy to execute strategies to make real differences. As a leadership/team coach, I've used versions of these nudges to great effect in the past, but I've had to come up with them on my own in the moment or with some heavy-lifting with team leaders and members. Having a nudge library is terrific! It'll help me be significantly more effective in my role.
